1. About These Terms
These terms govern your use of the Ozain Fabrics website and our quote-based ordering process. By using this site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes, Not Sales
This website does not process payments or complete sales. All prices shown are indicative “starting from” rates. A submitted quote request is an inquiry — not an order and not a contract. A binding agreement forms only when we issue a written quotation and you accept it in writing (including via WhatsApp or email).
3. Minimum Order Quantities
Published minimums (currently 1,000 meters for pre-treatment/RFD and dyeing, and 3,000 meters for printing) are indicative and may vary by fabric and process. Final minimums are confirmed in the written quotation.
4. Client-Supplied Materials & Artwork
You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to any artwork or designs you upload, and for the condition of fabric you supply. We inspect incoming fabric and flag visible issues, but latent defects in supplied material remain the client’s responsibility. Processing tolerances (shade variation, shrinkage, width change) that are standard in the industry will be stated on the quotation.
5. Quality Claims
Claims must be raised within a reasonable period after delivery and before the fabric is cut, stitched or further processed. Where a defect is attributable to our processing, our responsibility is limited to re-processing, adjustment or settlement as agreed — [EDIT: confirm the exact remedy policy].
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, brand marks, photography — belongs to Ozain Fabrics or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
7. Governing Law
